AI or automation may be used to structure safe project symptoms, draft internal notes, and prepare follow-up questions. Sensitive production data and secret values should not be provided for this purpose.
Project access
If deeper review is agreed, access should be provided through scoped temporary accounts or secure sharing methods. Production access, source code, and sensitive materials are handled only after terms are agreed.
Retention
Inquiry information is kept only as long as needed for communication, proposal preparation, service delivery, accounting, or reasonable business recordkeeping.
